Kevin Donaghy, JD, CPA

A 25 year attorney handling corporate transactions and a former CPA with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells and a.  A former Franchise Attorney, General Counsel for RE/MAX of Florida and Director of Legal Matters for Fiskars, USA, Mr. Donaghy brings decades of negotiation and transactional experience to Brokers.Law from both sides of the table.   Kevin Donaghy has advised and represented clients on hundreds of business transactions. 

Certified Public Accountant and Certified Business Valuation Analyst with over two decades of business transactional and sales experience.  Mr. Cone has advised on transactions in over thirty industries and is experienced in evaluation and tax strategies at the Federal, State and International Level.  

John Turner Cone, CPA, CBVA

Robert Halem, MBA   

Mr. Halem, an accountant with a Masters in Business Administration, with a concentration in both Operations and Finance Management. He brings over 25 years of Sales, Operations Management & Negotiation experience to Brokers.Law.  Robert specializes in optimizing business and organizational processes to increase profitability prior to the sale.
 

Kishan Brahmin, Broker

Mr, Brahmin is an entrepreneur and Licensed Real Estate Broker experienced in Business Sales transactions and addressing real estate matters both included and separate from the sale of the Business.  Mr. Brahim is also experienced in start up businesses and directing sales teams.
